Biography

Eddy Desir, AVP/Financial Education Specialist at Cambridge Savings Bank, with more than 25 years of professional banking experience. For the last 15 of those years, I provide Technical Assistance to individual entrepreneur and small business owner. I promote equitable economic access to resources and opportunities for all through coaching and mentorship. Previously, I worked as an AVP/Business Development Officer/Cash Management at CSB; I spent 9 years at Bank of America working as a Neighborhood Certified Lender and Community Reinvestment Act Loan Officer; and worked as a Branch Manager for Citizens Bank and Santander Bank. I facilitated Financial Literacy workshops in Roxbury/Dorchester working in collaboration with the City of Boston/Department of Neighborhood Development. My objective is to support minority entrepreneur, women business owner and veterans to help them increase wealth and equity to better serve their communities. I was awarded by the SBA, Financial Champion of the Year 2023 for Massachusetts and New England.
