Biography

Mishella Etienne-Campbell is the owner of Sweet Mimi's Sugar & Flour Creations, a luxury online cake boutique blending artistry and lifestyle. Her entrepreneurial journey began with her family's business, LeFoyer Bakery, founded in 1976 by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Etienne. Today, LeFoyer is recognized as the oldest and most successful Haitian bakery in the United States, and it has been a cultural cornerstone in the Haitian community for nearly five decades.

She has also made her mark in the nonprofit sector as the former Executive Director of Youth and Family Enrichment Services of Hyde Park, where her leadership revitalized the organization. Her achievements earned her recognition in Marquis Who's Who (2019–2020) and a feature in Millennium Magazine (2020)—both national publications.

In addition, Mishella is currently the Founder & CEO of Project TMI (Teach, Mentor, Inspire), which introduces underserved youth to entrepreneurship and leadership skills. She also serves as a pastor and spiritual leader in the Haitian community, combining faith, business, and service to empower and inspire current and future generations.
