Biography
                                Nathalie Lecorps is the owner and head chef of Gourmet Kreyol, a food truck and now brick-and-mortar takeout restaurant in Boston that introduces the world to Haitian culture one plate at a time. Growing up in her parents’ Miami restaurant, Nathalie developed a deep love for Haitian cuisine and culture from an early age. In 2021, she launched Gourmet Kreyol Food Truck, sharing family recipes made with gluten-free ingredients and offering vegan-friendly options. In May 2025, she opened her first brick-and-mortar takeout location in Mattapan and hopes to open a sit-down restaurant by the end of the year. Gourmet Kreyol is known for delivering authentic flavors and exceptional service throughout the Boston area.
